Matthew S. Kamen

Matthew is experienced in structuring, negotiating and drafting a wide variety of agreements, including recording, producer, management, manufacturing and distribution, branding, appearance and live performance agreements.

His clients are primarily musicians, songwriters, producers and record labels.

Prior to joining the firm, Matthew was a Director of Business & Legal Affairs at Capitol Records where he negotiated and drafted various music, digital and entertainment related agreements.

He was previously an attorney at Warner Music Group and was also a corporate associate for a nationally recognized corporate firm.

Matthew can usually be found shopping for Upsetters vinyl reissues, teaching his son to throw a curveball or reading (and rereading) Franny and Zooey.
