K. Jona Lundborg

Jona specializes in corporate transactional and executive compensation matters.  He advises superstar artists, celebrities, athletes, performers, executives, and media and entertainment companies on general corporate matters, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, financings, licensing, executive compensation, and equity grants.

Prior to joining the firm, Jona was an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where he worked on a broad range of corporate, securities, finance and real estate matters, and before that, he practiced as a corporate attorney in Sweden.
