Grace Y. Kim

Grace Kim is a transactional entertainment attorney, with a focus in the music industry. Grace works with artists, record companies, publishers, managers and producers, and negotiates and drafts a wide range of agreements to suit their needs, including but not limited to recording and music publishing agreements, endorsement agreements, merchandising and other licensing agreements, tour, performance and other appearance agreements, management, producer and distribution agreements, and agreements related to digital platforms. Before joining Grubman Shire Meiselas & Sacks, P.C. in 2005, she started her music industry experience at RCA Music Group and EMI Music, North America, and then participated in large-scale products liability cases at Hughes Hubbard and Reed, LLC. Grace has spoken as a guest lecturer at NYU, and regularly attends SXSW, music festivals and other shows/concerts throughout the year.
