Jordan represents individual and institutional clients in all areas of media and entertainment, including various branded licensing, endorsement and appearance opportunities, and television, film and new media production. His clients include writers, directors, producers, actors, athletes, models, photographers, and fashion designers. Jordan also regularly advises clients on the intersection of intellectual property law and the internet, including rights under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Prior to joining the firm, Jordan was an associate at Chadbourne & Parke LLP, where he worked on a broad scope of corporate and finance matters.
